For the last decade, as a free-lance consultant and as an associate of Executive Action, I have worked with senior and middle-management executives in British industry and the public and third sectors helping them identify and achieve their next career move.
I also devise and deliver coaching programmes as an intrinsic part of larger change management programmes
I also hold a Clinical Doctorate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics.
My private practice has been established for 18 years’ during which time I also worked within the NHS
